An author named Scott Reintgen came to my school and talked about his books and his life. He started off by talking about his family and when he knew he wanted to be an author. Then he talked about an experience that HE had in middle school. After that he talked about his book series called Ashlords. Ashlords is a great series that I personally recommend reading. I haven’t read it but it sounds like a great book. He has another series called Nyxia that you should check out. And his last book is called Fablehaven which is a book where kids go to a school for characters in books.

He really liked this girl, so on the day before Valentines Day he asked his mom to go to a jewelry store and get a necklace. So the next day he slipped the necklace on to her desk and waited until she opened the box. She asked in front of the whole class who gave it to her and he was to shy to say that it was his, so a guy named Bryan Simmons went up in front of the whole class and took the credit for it. Bryan and the girl started dating after that.
